Cloudy With a Chance of Donuts! 

It’s raining donuts!


Materials:

  • Donuts of various sizes 
  • Canned frosting 
  • Gummies, marshmallows, and other colorful candy toppers 
  • Decorative string 
  • Tape/adhesive 
  • Little Grunt Plush Toy

Instructions:

  1. Your elf and Little Grunt will spread canned frosting on top of the donuts. 
  2. Next, they will press the candies into the frosting to decorate. 
  3. Then, they’ll gently tie the decorative string around the middles of a few mini donuts. 
  4. Using the tape, they’ll affix the other end of the string to the bottoms of cabinets so that the donuts hang overhead. 
  5. Finally, they will smile with satisfaction as you discover their clever joke!

Scout Elf Sushi 

It might look like the real thing, but this sushi is an all-sweet treat, including scrumptious wasabi made from frosting.


Materials:

  • Fruit leather roll-up
  • Rice cereal marshmallow treat
  • Rolling pin
  • Gummy disc candies
  • Rope candy
  • White frosting 
  • Green food coloring

Instructions:

  1. To make the Sushi Roll, your elf will unroll the fruit roll-up and lay it flat. 
  2. Using a rolling pin, they will flatten the rice cereal treat until it is a sheet about the size of the fruit roll-up. They will place the flattened treat on top of the roll-up. 
  3.  Then, they will place gummy disc candies across the length of the rice cereal treat. 
  4. They’ll place a length of rope candy on top of the gummies.  
  5. Finally, lengthwise, they will roll the whole stack into a candy sushi roll, pressing the edges together. Then, they will slice into bite-sized candy sushi pieces! 
  6. To make the Candy Nigiri, your elf will shape a small part of the rice cereal treat into an oval.
  7. On top, they will place a piece of fruit leather to create a sushi nigiri!

Mini Fa-La-Lollipops

Decorative Drink Packs

You’ve found the perfect gift with these reindeer drink packs! 


Materials:

  • Plastic piping bags
  • Hot cocoa powder
  • Mini marshmallows or other favorite hot cocoa toppings
  • Pipe cleaners
  • Googly eyes
  • Pom-poms

Instructions:

  1. Your Scout Elf will fill the piping bags with their favorite hot cocoa mix and toppings.
  2. Then they will tie off the bag with pipe cleaners cut and bent in the shape of reindeer antlers.
  3. Your Scout Elf will then adhere googly eyes and a pom-pom nose to make your hot cocoa packs look like the Elf Pets® Reindeer!

Veggie Christmas Tree

Halloween Treat Bags

Instructions:

  1. Your Scout Elf may begin by sampling some of your Halloween candy. Careful they don’t eat too much!
  2. Next, they will place your favorite Halloween treats into individual-sized goody bags and close them at the top with a twist tie.
  3. Lastly, your elf will be so happy to watch trick-or-treaters enjoy their hard work!

Spooky Snowmen Hot Cocoa Treats

  3. Third, they will use toothpicks to secure the marshmallows into stacked snowmen and then stand them up on a plate.
  4. Finally, they will use these spooky snowmen as adorable Halloween-themed hot cocoa toppers!

Elf Pets Ice Cream


Materials:

  • Chocolate and vanilla ice cream
  • Ice cream cones
  • Oval cookies

  • Yellow sprinkles

  1. Your Scout Elf will place three (one on each) scoops of ice cream onto sugar ice cream cones.
  2. Next, they will place pretzels on top of a chocolate scoop to look like reindeer antlers, oval shaped cookies on a vanilla scoop to look like Saint Bernard ears, and pointed cookie pieces on the second vanilla scoop to look like arctic fox ears.
  3. Then they will place black icing on each scoop to form a cute button nose and eyes.
  4. Lastly, your Scout Elf will use fruit tape and yellow icing to form Elf Pets collars and magic hearts.
  5. Your Scout Elf may add a flair of detail and form a Saint Bernard barrel from chocolate taffy and an Arctic Fox snow globe from a cookie!

Snowman Fruit Salad 


Materials:

  • Three watermelons
  • Blueberries
  • Melon baller
  • Twigs
  • Small top hat
  • Scarf

Instructions:

  1. Your Scout Elf will remove a thin slice from the side of each watermelon so it lays flat on the serving surface.
  2. Your elf will then carefully carve into the face-up side of two of the watermelons so they may scoop out the fruit with the melon baller.
  3. Once the melons are scooped down to the rind, your elf will pat dry the insides of the melon bowls before returning the melon balls and some blueberries to them.
  4. Your elf will use a few berries, halved, to form the snowman’s face atop the third watermelon.
  5. Finally, your Scout Elf will decorate the snowman with a scarf, top hat, and twigs!

Dog Days of Summer Treat

It’s never a “ruff” life with these sweet treats! These all natural pupsicles are sweet enough for your pet AND for you to enjoy as well!


Materials:

  • Paw print freezer mold
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 cups seedless watermelon pieces
  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (NO artificial sweetener)
  • Blender

Instructions:

  1. To begin, your Scout Elf will place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until everything is smooth and thoroughly combined.
  2. Next, they will pour the mixture into silicone molds of paw prints that look just like the Elf Pets Saint Bernard and freeze for at least 3 hours. They could even pour this mixture into regular popsicle molds for kids as well!
  3. Finally, your elf will transfer these frozen treats over to a zipper bag for storage so they can serve them up all summer long to your favorite pup!
